The Lift Shop

If you’re looking for honesty, transparency, expertise, look no further. Admittedly, I can be a challenging and demanding client as I am very diligent with my projects and Caleb was there with me every step of the way, answering every one of my questions. Despite being 1,500 miles away and never meeting Caleb in person nor stepping foot in his shop, I was immediately comfortable with partnering with him on my extensive project. So comfortable I was comfortable having it shipped to his shop for the project despite being in another time zone. I think it is worth mentioning I visited several other lift and wheel specialty shops locally and did not feel the same level of service or sophistication as I did when I cold called into the shop and Caleb answered. Perhaps it’s just a southern/Texas hospitality thing, but it was genuine. It is evident that Caleb loves his craft and knows it well. He was extremely patient and transparent with the process and assisting with the build for my truck. He offered several options and ultimately suggested the perfect lift, wheels and tires combo that more than met my expectations and objectives. He made the entire process seamless from start to finish

11/10 customer service from Caleb! I had a great experience at the lift shop from start to finish. The staff was friendly, honest, and took care of everything for me quickly! He was clear and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services. My car was fixed quickly, and the quality of the work was excellent. The pricing was more than fair and transparent, which I really appreciated. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this shop to anyone needing reliable work done to there truck!

Outstanding Service and Results! I recently had my Toyota 4Runner lifted and fitted with some seriously rugged off-road tires at The Lift Shop in McKinney, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Caleb was exceptional—friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what he does. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and gave me a fantastic recommendation that perfectly matched the look and performance I wanted. The final product exceeded my expectations—the lift was clean and professionally done, and the tires not only look amazing but are ready for any terrain I throw at them. If you're looking for top-tier work and expert advice, I highly recommend Caleb and the team at The Lift Shop. They truly know their stuff and deliver quality you can trust.

Communication was great and we were able to get our truck in within a couple days. Caleb was so helpful and was the one that got us in almost immediately! Their work is flawless! We got our 2023 Tremor F-150 leveled and new wheels and tires. We are so happy with how it turned out! Customer service was outstanding and we are definitely coming back for our other vehicles!

Great experience working with Alex. I went in few weeks before deciding what suspension I wanted to get, and he took the time to explain the options and how everything fits together. Really happy with how the truck turned out and rides. He was very knowledgeable and thorough at explaining pretty much anything to do with suspension. Very impressed by the high quality customer service and fast installation process. I dropped it off in the morning, and it was ready by the afternoon.
